Role OverviewLocation: Phoenix, Arizona Flexible, part-time 1 or 2 days/week schedule Post-acute care inpatient setting On-call during days covering What You'll DoDeliver comprehensive primary care Manage acute and chronic conditions Develop personalized care plans Collaborate with the IDT Partner with TeamHealth physician Who We're Looking ForNew or experienced clinicians in any of the following: post-acute care, outpatient, urgent care, primary care, home care, or inpatient FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA Active New Mexico NP/PA license Active DEA preferred but not required Compensation Uncapped earning potential: our compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $26,139 to $31,367 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
