The Division of Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix invites applications for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urogynecologist and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgeon. This academic position offers the chance to build distinctive clinical programs, contribute to the Department's academic mission, and join a division poised for significant growth. About the Division Under the leadership of Dr. Olivia Cardenas-Trowers, a leader in gynecologic surgery and translational research, the Division is undergoing exciting clinical and academic growth. Faculty includes experts supporting 36 residents and fellows in Maternal Fetal Medicine, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, and Addiction Medicine. Plans to establish a Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery fellowship within 2-3 years. Current facilities include Banner-University Medical Center Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Arcadia Clinic. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited school. Eligible for Arizona State Medical Licensure. Board Certification/Eligibility through American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology or Urology. Academic rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit. Key Responsibilities Perform Urogynecologic and Gynecologic surgeries. Manage female pelvic floor disorders. Provide education and mentorship to residents and future fellows. Promote interdisciplinary collaboration for clinical and research programs.
