Envision Physician Services searching for Full-time CRNA (General and OB) to become a part of our prestigious practice at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami, Florida! Anesthesia Care Team Model: 16 Physicians and 25 CRNAs $45k Start Date Bonus Approximately 12,000 annual cases 14 State of the art OR's: 10 main, 1 Endo, 1 EP, 2 L&D Case mix includes General, Ortho, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Neuro and GYN CRNAs are NOT involved with Cardiac cases No Peds Autonomy to perform Regional (spinals and epidurals), arterial lines etc. Work schedules vary with 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts. Scheduling is evenly distributed amongst the group Call is approximately one weekend every 7-8 weeks: weekday call variable but infrequent Average work week is about 4 days a week Opportunity to make more if you want PTO 8 & 9 weeks CME allowance Medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability, 401(k) contribution, health savings + more!
