StaffMed Health Partners, in partnership with the nation s largest healthcare system, is seeking compassionate and skilled Med-Surg Oncology RNs to provide life-changing care in a 288-bed accredited acute care facility. What You ll Do
In this emotionally impactful role, you will:
- Perform comprehensive assessments for oncology and med-surg patients
- Administer treatments and medications while educating patients and families
- Advocate for safety and dignity at every stage of care
- Create individualized nursing plans based on patient data and diagnosis
- Collaborate with oncology teams to support surgical recovery and long-term wellness
- Deliver consistent, compassionate bedside care with expertise and empathy
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5 1:6 to ensure safe, attentive treatment
Requirements & Credentials
- Minimum 1-year recent acute care RN experience (oncology experience ideal)
- BSN preferred
- Current BLS required ; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months)
- FL RN license or compact license with commitment to apply for FL licensure
- Candidates with less than 3 years of RN experience must pass FL NCLEX if unlicensed
