Clinical Role:
Permanent opportunity with flexible 4-day work week
Open to full-time or part-time schedules
Outpatient-only role in a team-based primary care medical home
Average 2-2.5 patients per hour
Must be board certified or truly board eligible
Minimum 3 years of post-training clinical experience required
On-site support includes:
Dental, optometry, behavioral health
Diabetic nurse educator
Parent educators, lactation consultants
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services
Healthy Steps site
Work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on community health
Candidate Preferences:
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred due to patient demographics

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $143,218 - $174,082 annually (dependent on experience and FTE)
Sign-on/Retention Bonus: Up to $20,000 (FTE prorated)
50% paid on first paycheck, 25% after 1 year, 25% after 2 years
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
