Renown Health, the largest not-for-profit Integrated Health System in collaboration with the University of Nevada Reno, School of Medicine, is seeking a Division Chief of Peripheral Vascular Surgery .

As the main teaching hospital, the candidate will foster the education of residents and medical students from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. Working with an established Research Department provides support to coordinate clinical trials or conduct research on the university campus. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to establishing a future General Surgery Residency.

Position Highlights

  • Full scope Vascular surgery: inpatient, outpatient, and endovascular
  • Strong collaborating partners in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Surgery, Trauma, and Interventional Radiology
  • Lead a team of 5 surgeons and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and contribute to the program's growth
  • Call Schedule: 1:5 evenings and weekends
  • Salary guarantee of $750,000 - $900,000 plus Starting Bonus
  • No State Income Tax
