ThedaCare, a successful non-profit health system in northeast Wisconsin, seeks a BE/BC Urgent Care or Family Medicine Physician to join our Urgent Care Clinics in Appleton and Neenah, WI. This position offers the opportunity to work in a traditional urgent care setting with a collaborative, quality-driven team.
Position Details:
- Full Time
- No Call
- 12-hour Shifts
- 1:3 Weekends (2 Holidays per year)
- Clinic Hours:
- 7am-7pm Monday-Friday
- 8am-5pm Weekends & Holidays
- Seeing patients of all ages (12 months and older)
- Clinic averages 60+ patients per day
- Team includes: 2 Physicians, 10 APCs, RN's, and MA's
- Opportunity for Medical Director duties (2 hours/week): supervising APCs, attending leadership meetings, participating in hiring, and team improvements.
