Associate Dentist

ASSOCIATE GENERAL DENTIST | $175K-$350K+ EARNING POTENTIAL |

MODERN DIGITAL PRACTICE | 4-DAY WORKWEEK

What We Offer

Annual earning potential of $225,000-$400,000+, commensurate with clinical skill and procedure mix

Compensation based on 42.5% of adjusted production minus lab fees (open to discussion)

Daily minimum of $1700 guaranteed during the first 3 months for onboarding support

Full clinical autonomy in treatment planning and execution

4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday) with three-day weekends every week

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active dental license

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred

Proficient in general procedures and committed to high-quality, patient-centered care

Team-oriented, dependable, and motivated to grow clinically and financially

Schedule

Full-Time : Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)

Part-Time : Open to 2 or 3 days per week, with flexible scheduling options

Ideal for : Those seeking a balanced work-life schedule, with 3-day weekends every week

Procedures

The associate will perform preventive and comprehensive care in all aspects of general dentistry, including:

  • Crown and bridge (including implant restorations)
  • Composite restorations
  • Surgical extractions and bone grafting
  • Dentures and removable prosthodontics
  • Endodontics for anterior and premolars

Optional procedures such as molar endo, implant placement, clear aligners, and cosmetic cases (not required but strongly supported and highly compensated)
