Job Summary
HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is seeking an exceptional physical medicine and rehabilitation physician to join us as Medical Director of an existing program.
Qualifications
- Board eligible / certified in PM&R
- Inpatient focus
- Full-time position with Medical Directorship duties
- Provide leadership and direction for the rehabilitation program
- Cover a 20-bed acute inpatient rehab unit in Panama City Beach, FL
- Accredited by CARF, ranking in the top 5 for quality outcomes among HCA's 71 rehab programs
- Dedicated team of trained therapy and nursing staff, including certified rehab nurses
- Experience with general acute rehab patients (stroke, orthopedic, trauma, amputation, neurological, debility)
- Optional hospital or nursing home consults
