Job Summary

Recruiting for a PRN vascular surgeon to provide coverage 3-4 days/month for our HCA employed team at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

• Must be eligible and able to be board certified in their specialty within the required timeframe
• New Hampshire licensure or ability to obtain
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians, and administration
• Accepting local candidates who can commute to Portsmouth Regional Hospital

Desired Skillset

• Percutaneous and endovascular treatment of peripheral arterial diseases
• Open and surgical bypass procedures for PAD
• Endovascular treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm
• Thoracic endovascular aortic aneurysm repair
• Extracranial carotid disease
• Venous procedures including VNUS closure procedures a plus
• Proficient with wires and catheters
