We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to serve as Medical Director for a well-established Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) in Akron, Ohio . Position Highlights:
Medical Director role at a busy Inpatient Rehab Facility
Monday – Friday schedule (no required weekends or night call)
Approximately 20% administrative duties within scope of leadership
High Medical Director stipend
Experienced interdisciplinary team and administrative support
Ideal Candidate:
BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Interest in inpatient rehab, team collaboration, and clinical program growth
Strong leadership mindset with a focus on quality care and outcomes
