Personalize your own practice setting! Our Detroit Lakes campus is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in providing exceptional healthcare to an ever-growing community and region. Practice Specifics:
- Open to various FTE opportunities (e.g., full-time 1.0 FTE = 36 patient contact hours or 32 hours if doing OB)
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- Location: Detroit Lakes, MN, with potential outreach to Lake Park, Pelican Rapids, Frazee, or Mahnomen Clinics
- Procedures and OB services are welcome but not required (20-25 deliveries per year for FM); C-sections performed by OB/GYN or General Surgery
- Average clinic patients per day: 14-18, adjustable based on patient type
- Call schedule: approximately 1:8 weekends (2-4 weekdays/month and 1 weekend every 8 weeks); hospitalist service in place
- Onsite services include: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN & Nurse Midwifery, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, General Surgery/Wound Care, Diabetes Education, Dietitian, Infusion Center, Pathology/Lab, Radiology/Imaging, Therapy Services, Geriatrics/Eldercare, Dermatology, Optometry, Podiatry, Orthopedic Surgery, Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care
- Outreach services include: Audiology, Oncology, ENT, Cardiology, Nephrology, Urology, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine
- Starting and retention incentives available to assist with loan repayment.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

- Centrally located in the heart of the Lakes Area
- 1 hour from Fargo and 3 hours from the Twin Cities
- Safe neighborhoods, low unemployment, excellent school systems, and abundant outdoor activities make this an ideal location

Compensation:
- $307,633 annually. Hired candidates may also be eligible for bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based pay.
