BayCare Medical Group , the largest and most respected physician-led medical group in the Tampa Bay area, is seeking two dynamic Gastroenterologists to enhance and expand GI services at South Florida Baptist Hospital , a 146-bed hospital located in the growing community of Plant City, Florida .
Highlights of this opportunity include:
- New positions created to meet the high demand in Plant City and surrounding areas.
- South Florida Baptist Hospital is a newly opened hospital as of Spring 2024.
- The hospital features three endoscopy suites with ample scheduling, full scope equipment, and experienced staff.
- ER call responsibilities are shared at 1:4, with an expected 38,000 visits annually.
- Single Hospitalist group onsite.
- The office is attached to the hospital within a multi-specialty medical suite.

Qualifications:
- Board Certification or eligibility by The American Board of Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology.
- Ability to obtain a Florida medical license.
