Position Highlights:
Advanced Clinical Opportunities: Perform advanced restorative dentistry, surgery, endodontics, and implantology with mentorship available. We welcome dentists who have invested in CE through AGD, Kois, Spear, Dawson, or Pankey.
Consistent Work Schedule: Office hours are Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 54 PM.
Proven Production Potential: Average daily production for general dentists is $4,500, with strong patient demand.
Efficient Practice Model: Traditional 3-column schedule with accelerated/assisted hygiene, maximizing efficiency and income potential.
Compensation & Partnership Track:
Collections-Based Compensation with a 99% RCM/Collections Rate
Tiered, Progressive Rate of Collections:
30% for collections under $60K
32% for collections between $60K–$80K
34% for collections over $80K
