St. Mary High Desert Medical Group in Apple Valley, California is seeking a board-certified/board eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist who is passionate about caring for the underserved patients in a semi-rural setting. This is a rapidly expanding practice with a highly dedicated team focused on building a brand-new service line while providing the best quality of care possible.
You will have plenty of collaboration and mentorship opportunities if desired and the position provides the flexibility to pursue your own professional growth initiatives as well. The community itself sits right outside of Los Angeles, providing you with affordable living while maintaining a close proximity to the hustle and bustle of southern California. This is a great opportunity to join an established team striving to serve patients' needs with dignity, compassion and attentive care.

• 3 to 5 years strongly preferred, may consider new graduates
• Compensation is between $275,000 to $474,605 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
