Job Overview

Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist to join our established practice. Candidates can be practicing physicians or those completing training. The position involves launching our first class of Child Psychiatry fellows in 2024, making interest in academics preferred. Our practice boasts experienced physicians, administrative support, and a strong referral network.

Highlights of the Opportunity

• Established patient base and large referral network
• Call schedule of 1:8
• Support staff including MAs, Nurses, and Front Desk Staff
• Collaborate with 7 peer physicians and up to 19 residents
• 2 APPs dedicated to Pediatric Care
• Part of a physician network with over 600 providers across 100+ locations
• Operational support including practice development, compliance, coding, training, HR, marketing, and business development
