Job Summary: As part of Geisinger's Radiology team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a 100% onsite or hybrid model within an academic environment engaged in training residents, supported by the resources of one of the nation's most progressive integrated health systems. Join a team of three fellowship-trained pediatric radiologists with the opportunity to focus entirely on pediatric radiology studies.

Job Duties:

  1. Read 100% pediatric plain films, body CT/MRI, fluoroscopy, and US
  2. Opportunities to teach current radiology residents and medical students
  3. Work at a tertiary care children's hospital with diverse pathology
  4. BE/BC Radiologist, fellowship trained or experienced in Pediatric Radiology

Position Details:

GEISINGER MEDICAL CENTER (GMC) , the largest tertiary/quaternary care teaching hospital in the region, is licensed for 475 beds, including 89 pediatric beds in the Janet Weis Children's Hospital. GMC, a Magnet Hospital, maintains the region's only Level 1 Regional Resource Trauma Center with additional qualifications in pediatrics. GMC offers a range of specialized medical and surgical services, including neurosciences, cardiovascular services, transplantation, women's health, oncology, and orthopedics.

Education: Doctoral Degree (Required)

Experience: Prior experience in pediatric radiology preferred

Certification(s) and License(s): Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
