Compensation: $18-$20/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Additional Hours: Occasional Saturdays, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM? Overtime: Available and encouragedKey Responsibilities•Set up and operate CNC machinery efficiently•Create CNC programs when required•Troubleshoot and resolve program-related issues on the shop floor•Inspect parts according to blueprints and adjust as needed•Perform tooling changes and modify tool geometry•Conduct basic maintenance tasks (e.g., oiling, greasing)•Keep workstations clean, organized, and safeQualifications•Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently•Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation•Solid grasp of G & M code programming•Experience with Mazatrol or Mastercam is a plus•Skilled in using precision measuring tools
