If you're ready to be part of the team that makes the magic (and mayhem) happen behind the scenes, we want you on our crew!Job SummaryWe're looking for ahands-on, detail-oriented Production Technicianto help bring our seasonal event to life. In this role, you'll keep our technical systems running at peak performance-from eerie soundscapes to jaw-dropping special effects-ensuring every guest experiences the show at its very best.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and maintain audio playback equipment to ensure flawless sound design throughout the event.Set up, operate, and service special effects equipment (fog, haze, snow machines, etc.) for consistent, high-quality operation.Conduct nightly pre-show inspections and post-show maintenance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly during live operations.Maintain accurate logs of technical issues, repairs, and equipment inventory.Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless nightly show execution.Assist with installation, strike, and general event production needs.RequirementsMust be 18+ with reliable transportation.Experience with lighting, sound, or video systems for live events, theater, or themed entertainment.Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical safety, low-voltage wiring, and pneumatic systems.Familiarity with prop controllers (e.g., Fright Ideas, Gilderfluke).Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.Availability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays during the event run.Preferred QualificationsExperience with fog, haze, flame, or snow effects equipment.Background in technical theater, theme parks, or live entertainment.Welding or metal fabrication skills.Previous haunted attraction or immersive event production experience.ScheduleFull-time seasonalposition (approx. 40+ hrs/week).Primarily night and weekend shifts with extended hours during peak days.Join us and be part of the artistry, adrenaline, and technical wizardry that make our guests' hearts race!
