Setting: Inpatient Level 1 Trauma Center Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Shift Type: Night shifts only (No call required)
- Coverage Dates: August 2025 February/March 2026
- Practice Setting: Hospital-based, Neuro ICU
- Patient Population: 100% Adult 40% Trauma
- Average Patient Volume:
- Neuro ICU Census: 10 patients
- Neurosurgical Consults: 5 per night
- Support Team:
2 Neurointensivists (phone support at night) - 3 Advanced Practice Providers in group
- EMR System: Epic
Trauma Designation: Level I Trauma Center - Stroke Center: Comprehensive
- License: Active Ohio license (Required or willingness to obtain)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (Required); ENLS (Highly Preferred)
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (PA or CNP)
- Experience: Must be confident independently covering a 16-bed Neuro ICU and managing neurosurgical consults in a Level 1 Trauma environment
