This is a RN Travel position. You must live more than 50 miles outside of Finger Lakes Region, NY to be considered for this position.
ICU RN – Travel Contract
$3,024 Weekly | 26-Week Assignment | Finger Lakes Region, NY
Assignment Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 26 Weeks
Schedule: Full time, 36 and 48 hours per week shift options
Shift Times: 7a-7p/7p-7a
Requirements: every other weekend, holiday plus 2 OC shifts per 4 weeks.
Hourly Rate: $63
Weekly Gross Pay: $3,024
Additional Pay: Tax-free stipends available to eligible travelers

We are currently seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse for a part-time 26-week travel assignment in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York. In this ICU role, you’ll deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients across the lifespan. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach. Candidates must be confident in managing rapidly changing conditions and comfortable with a Day/Night weekend and holiday rotation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering high-quality care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Monitoring, assessing, and responding to changes in patient condition
- Administering critical medications and managing life-support systems
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Ensuring safety, promoting dignity, and supporting a healing environment
- Current NYS RN license (unencumbered)
- Minimum 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (must be AHA or RQI)
- Stroke certification required
- CPI certification (within 90 days of hire)
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and teamwork
- Strong communication skills and comfort with EMR systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office and EMR platforms
- TNCC or Emergency Nurses Association certification
