The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Waterman - 1000 Waterman Way, Tavares, 32778
The role you'll contribute:
- Assess and reassess patients per hospital policy
- Develop the plan of care (IPOC)
- Provide patient education and training based on each patient's needs and abilities
- Implement nursing interventions and treatments
- Medication administration safety (MPPID)
- Manage workload and prioritizing care
- Facilitate discharge planning
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
- Graduate of School of Nursing with AS, AD, or Diploma
- Current Florida license or new graduates offer contingent on passing NCLEX
- Candidate may be interviewed prior to obtaining nursing license
- Certified in Basic Life Support
Preferred qualifications:
- BSN or bachelor's in healthcare related field
- ACLS within 90 days of hire
