What Youll Be Doing:
As a CNC Operator, youll be an integral part of the production team, working on custom projects using state-of-the-art equipment. Key duties include:
- Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC-controlled machines to meet production goals
- Making accurate machine adjustments, including tool wear offsets and part alignment
- Optimizing processes to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
- Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring machines are in proper working order
- Inspecting parts for quality using precision measuring tools
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work orders
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong ability to read mechanical schematics and technical drawings
- Skilled with CNC machines, tooling, and inspection tools
- Mechanically inclined with solid math skills
- Detail-focused, results-oriented, and a team player
