Part-Time Driver - Transportation Department
Touchmark at Fairway Village | Vancouver, WA
Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every other weekend (hours vary - up to 25 hours/week)
Are you a friendly, reliable, and safety-minded individual who enjoys working with seniors? Touchmark at Fairway Village is seeking a part-time Driver to join our Transportation team! In this role, you'll provide transportation to residents for medical appointments, shopping trips, and fun outings, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is:

• Passionate about serving the senior population
• Friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator
• A dependable team player with outstanding customer service skills
• Safe, courteous, and comfortable navigating local routes
• Able to manage time effectively and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Drive a wheelchair-accessible van and a 14-passenger non-CDL bus
• Provide a warm, helpful, and safe experience for all residents
• Clean and sanitize vehicles regularly
• Maintain a spotless driving record (no moving violations in the past 3 years)
• Become CPR/First Aid certified (we can help with this)
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in older adults
• Perform other duties as assigned, always with a positive attitude
