Pay: $16$19/hr + 15% shift differential

What You'll Do
- Operate CNC lathes to produce precision metal components
- Inspect and measure parts for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and safety-focused work environment
- Collaborate with a skilled team committed to doing great work
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in a hands-on environment
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Basic math skills and familiarity with calipers/micrometers
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- A team player with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced environment
