The posted compensation range of $50.00 - $71.01/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
This position uses their occupational therapy expertise in the area of functional performance to assess a patient's level of independence, establish attainable goals, and develop/implement a patient-specific treatment plan so that patients are able to achieve their highest level of functioning for activities of daily living.

We require a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy with a 6 month clinical internship, Washington State Occupational Therapy License, CPR Certification, and additional knowledge and skill requirements: working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, wound healing, and disease progression; an understanding of the base components, both physical and cognitive, of ADLs (assisted daily living) and levels of ADL independence; the ability to customize, adapt, and graduate to a home or work site environment or to adapt to a given treatment plan and equipment; and excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
