RN Residency Program At Providence Medford Medical Center
Providence is inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Medford Medical Center. An RN Residency with Providence will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors. If you are a recent graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, then the Providence resident program is for you. Providence Medford Medical Center is a full-service, 120-bed, acute care, not-for-profit community hospital providing exceptional health care to southern Oregon and northern California. Services offered include emergency services, stroke care, cardiac and vascular care, birth center, total joint replacement and spine health programs, robotic surgery, pain management services and one of the most comprehensive rehabilitation programs in the region.

You must have obtained your Oregon RN license by October 15, 2025 to start! Full-time, available at Providence Medford Medical Center in Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Clinical Decision Unit, Inpatient Rehab, and Float Pool. All openings will require scheduling on rotating weekends. Extra incentives include a night shift differential of $10 per hour.

Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Oregon Registered Nurse License, and National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Within 6 months of hire, National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association is required for select units. Preferred qualifications include National Certification in area of specialty.
