Office Clerk
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $18/hr
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Experience: 2+ years of Office Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative support.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them professionally and appropriately.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and office events.
- Maintain and update contact lists and databases.
- Prepare and distribute office correspondence.
- Assist in creating reports and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Oversee office supply orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Manage records related to office space, phone systems, parking, and company credit cards.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members and assist visitors and clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and assist with company events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate.
- Adaptable and flexible in managing changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service orientation.
