Responsibilities
  • Handle all accounting for vehicle deal transactions
  • Review and account for all deal documents
  • Track contracts and receivables
  • Payoff liens and other liabilities
  • Prepare clean accounting schedules
  • Log and reconcile deal performance
  • Summarize and submit after-sell products
  • Perform month-end reconciliations
  • Other tasks and responsibilities
  • Cross-train in office roles
Qualifications
  • Experience using a dealership management system (CDK preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
  • Self-starter who can work independently and with a team
  • Automotive dealership accounting experience REQUIRED
