What You'll Do as a MIG Welder:
- Set up welding fixtures and assemble parts using tape measures and tools
- MIG weld joints on various components like beams, braces, and connectors
- Perform tack welding, complete welds, and touch-ups as needed
- Adjust wire feed, heat, and gas flow based on material and job specs
- Operate safely and keep your work area clean and organized
- Need to pass a welding test
Work Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- MIG welding experience or formal training
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a welding test
