Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon Opportunity
Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking an Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon. Join three other orthopedic surgeons in a well-established, busy, hospital-employed, and single-office practice. The surgeons are supported by 1:1 PAs and NPs, skilled anesthesiologists, well-trained surgical technologists, hospitalists, and a nursing staff. A strong orthopedic trauma program with five surgeons complements our practice. American Board-certification/board-eligibility in orthopedics and fellowship training in orthopedic surgery with a focus on foot and ankle are required. Additional Services include on-site X-Ray and MRI at both clinic and hospital, two non-operative sports medicine physicians, one non-operative oncology/complex musculoskeletal medicine physician, ten athletic trainers, dedicated OR block time, state-of-the-art operating theaters, and in-house ancillary support.
Schedule: weekdays 8:00am to 4:30pm (mixed between surgery and clinic) with no ER call responsibility. The OSL provides support for clinicians across the state, to build relationships, share experiences, and consult on cases and includes an annual educational event.
