Dalfen Industrial is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. The Office Manager will report to the Managing Director of HR & Operations.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring high-priority items are addressed promptly.
- Maintain and update records, contact databases, reports, and internal documentation.
- Process expense reports, manage reimbursements, and perform light bookkeeping as required.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-functioning and organized workplace.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal staff, visitors, and external partners.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and support as needed.
- Support office operations, supply management, and vendor coordination.
- Assist leadership with calendar management, travel arrangements, and administrative support.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Experience handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
