Job Description
The key responsibilities as a CMM Programmer:
- Develop and maintain PC-DMIS programs for CMMs to ensure accurate inspection of machined components at various production stages.
- Ensure part measurements align with GD&T standards and maintain thorough documentation of inspection data and non-conformances.
- Collaborate daily with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement by optimizing inspection processes and identifying quality enhancement opportunities.
- Assist in training inspectors on CMM operation, inspection techniques, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant
How will you be successful:
- Has at least 6 years of experience in quality assurance or CMM programming, with strong PC-DMIS proficiency.
- Holds a high school diploma or equivalent, with solid mechanical aptitude and blueprint interpretation skills.
- Experienced in manual inspection techniques and familiar with machining processes like turning and milling.
- Possesses excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Preferred background includes aerospace industry experience and working with materials such as nickel, titanium, and aluminum.
