What You Will Do
Our Springdale, AR facility employs over 200 employees and provides critical support to the aftermarket operations of our engine portfolio. We are looking for a Heat Treat Operator for AWW (Weekend) Shift. AWW shift hours are Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. You will receive a shift differential when working on AWW Shift of 8%.
- Heat Treat Operator performs heat treat operations on a variety of components utilizing various furnace types.
- Performs some maintenance and preventative maintenance, installation, and calibration of furnace equipment and controls.
- Requires knowledge of heat-treating processes, properties, and structure of metals.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Calibration.
- Loading and unloading of furnaces.
- Monitoring of furnaces.
- Paperwork.
- Inventory.
- Maintain clean work environment.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications
You must have:
- HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
