NCDIT Software Quality and Security (SQS) Testing Services provide the state and local governments the ability to do functional, integrational, security, and performance tests including monitoring of software and infrastructure while also providing testing resources for maintaining and supporting the SQS Service offered solutions and their hosted cloud environments.

- Support daily operations and performance/monitoring tasks across SQS service offerings
- Develop detailed work plans, test plans, schedules, cost estimates, and status reports
- Coordinate and support testing activities for SQS clients
- Lead performance testing efforts: from requirements review and test case development to scripting, execution, and results analysis
- Provide training and coaching to customer teams, whether in-person, via Teams, or through community channels
- Serve as a tools administrator and subject matter expert for platforms like Tricentis Neoload, Dynatrace, and more
- Offer consulting and support for SQS best practices, test planning, and tool usage
- A strong foundation in application performance testing and monitoring
- Experience with enterprise-grade tools and a knack for translating technical insights into actionable improvements
