We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for supporting physicians and other healthcare professionals by performing clinical and administrative tasks that ensure efficient and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:

  • Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs, medical histories, and explaining procedures.
  • ssist healthcare providers during patient exams and minor procedures.
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens or perform basic lab tests.
  • dminister medications or immunizations as directed by a physician.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sterility of examination rooms and equipment.
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars.
  • Greet patients and update electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.
  • ssist with billing, coding, and insurance forms as needed.
  • Manage inventory of medical and office supplies.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant training program
Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 1+ year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
Skills :
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer applications.
  • ttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Bilingual; Spanish required.
