We are seeking a dedicated Medical Device Mechanical Engineer to support medical device sustaining projects. You will collaborate with a team to develop new iterations, testing protocols, and explore alternative designs using different materials.

Responsibilities

  Collaborate on the development of new iterations for disposable medical devices.

  Create and implement testing protocols for product development.

  n

• n

  Explore alternative design options with different materials.

  n

• n

  Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards.

  Document technical details and processes.

  n
n

n

Essential Skills

n

n
• n

  6-8+ years of experience in R&D or Product Development Engineering.

  n
n
• n

  Experience with disposable devices such as catheters and single-use bags.

  n
n
• n

  Proficiency in Solidworks.

  n
n
• n

  Background in Medical Device industry or related FDA regulated field.

  n
n
• n

  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

  n
n

n

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• n

  Familiarity with verification and validation processes (V&V).

  n
n
• n

  Understanding of FDA regulations and ISO standards.

  n
n
• n

  Experience with IQ/OQ testing.

  n
n
• n

  Strong documentation and technical writing skills.

  n
n

n

Work Environment

n

This is a year long project able to sit 100% remote but must have manufacturing support expierence.

Pay and Benefits

n

The pay range for this position is $51.00 - $64.00/hr.

n

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
