In this role, you'll lead the structural and civil engineering scope of a major nuclear project, acting as both a technical authority and a team leader.

nKey Responsibilities

Lead structural design and analysis for buildings, industrial facilities, and critical civil infrastructure.

Serve as the technical authority on structural systems, mentoring junior engineers and reviewing critical deliverables.

Oversee and coordinate the work of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor to ensure compliance with design intent, safety, schedule, and quality.

Ensure all designs meet key industry codes and standards (IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE).

Collaborate with architects, geotechnical engineers, and other disciplines to deliver cohesive designs.

Review and approve calculations, construction drawings, technical specifications, and reports.

Conduct site visits, field assessments, and structural inspections during design and construction.

Anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).

6+ years of progressive civil/structural engineering experience.
n n - n
Proven leadership experience on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.

Licenses & Certifications

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred (where applicable).

Proficiency with structural analysis/design software (SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, RISA, ANSYS, etc.).

Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE 7).

Proven ability to lead teams and work effectively with clients.
