About you:
- Enjoy engaging with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
- 18 years or older
- Able to perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation to the work location
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred
- Experience in leading and training team members
- Capable of using a smartphone or tablet to log work after each shift
- Exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently and build successful teams
