Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate direct care by assisting residents with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and mobility.
- Assess resident needs and safety by closely observing and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
- Accurately document vital signs and maintain thorough records of residents' activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Implement standard infection control practices, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Respond promptly to call lights and proactively assess residents' needs to ensure their comfort and care are consistently met.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least one year of experience working with the geriatric population.
- Valid certification as a nursing aide as required by state regulations.
