We're expanding and relocating hardware development, necessitating a Sr. Industrial Engineer skilled in lab layout, hardware development workflows, and facility design. You'll lead planning efforts, collaborate with diverse teams, and navigate a fast-paced environment.nnKey Responsibilities:nnDevelop site plans and conceptual layouts for hardware development labs.nGather design requirements, supporting detailed lab planning.nPartner with program managers for coordination of team relocations.nEnsure layouts meet facility and safety standards; recommend workflow improvements.nProduce 2D layout drawings and integrate stakeholder feedback.nnMust-Have Skills:nn5+ years of experience in industrial/facility layout planning, lab design, or manufacturing environments.nProficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.nStrong understanding of building infrastructure, lab requirements, and industrial codes.nnIndustry Experience Required:nnExperience in industrial/facility layout planning within hardware development environments is preferred.nFamiliarity with electromechanical systems lab workflows desired.nnABOUT AKRAYAnAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
