Learn how associates and customers interact with systems to sell, install, and support. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to solve complex problems with innovative solutions. Opportunities for mentorship and growth into systems analyst and project management roles. Work closely with project managers and product owners on Salesforce/SAP projects. Provide initial triage on support cases and identify business requirements. Submit tickets for fixes and enhancements, and support monthly releases. Assist users and demonstrate critical thinking, teamwork, and flexibility.
