Description:

  • Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
  • Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
  • Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
  • Other assignment as necessary.
  • Extensive phone experience and computer literate.


Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • 1 year of Call Center and payroll Timekeeping experience in call center environment required.
  • Experience in a Hospital setting.
  • Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • 1 year experience and Bilingual


Additional:

  • Work Hours: Days 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • Onsite either @Bellevue, Lincoln, Elmhurst, Jacobi or Metropolitan.
