Description:
- Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
- Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
- Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
- Other assignment as necessary.
- Extensive phone experience and computer literate.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- 1 year of Call Center and payroll Timekeeping experience in call center environment required.
- Experience in a Hospital setting.
- Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- 1 year experience and Bilingual
Additional:
- Work Hours: Days 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Onsite either @Bellevue, Lincoln, Elmhurst, Jacobi or Metropolitan.
