About the Company : We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for multiple accounts, handling customers' day-to-day requests and maintaining strong customer relationships through continual contact.


Responsibilities :


  • Serve as the primary contact for multiple customer accounts, handling their day-to-day requests via phone and email.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by providing proper service and meeting/exceeding customer needs.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects, prioritizing customer requests effectively and efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints related to pricing, shipping, quality, and other issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Document all communications with customers regarding changes or additions to orders.
  • Collaborate with all areas of the office and production to facilitate the flow of orders and meet customers' requested shipment dates.
  • Use internal software systems to keep orders progressing through the system.
  • Go the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers.


Qualifications :


  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience required
  • Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Pay and compensation package : Starting at $20 per hour with monthly sales commission.
