Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Customer Service Representative to Join our client's growing team in Dalton, GA . This is a full-time, onsite role offering strong benefits and long-term growth potential as the company rapidly expands its U.S. operations.
Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: Dalton, GA
Onsite: 100% onsite
Job Type: permanent, direct hire
Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Enter and manage orders in the ERP system (SAP S4/HANA a plus)
  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, and shipping
  • Create invoices, process sample requests, and support AR/AP documentation
  • Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring:
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Bonus Skills:
  • SAP S4/HANA experience
  • Basic accounting knowledge
