The Field Technician plays a critical role by providing expert, in-home diagnostic and repair services on premium residential appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and other high-end equipment. The technician is responsible for delivering professional, courteous, and timely service while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and representing the company with integrity.
- Proven experience as an appliance repair technician, preferably working with premium or high-end brands.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with tools, testing equipment, and mobile apps for dispatch and job tracking.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in handling documentation and scheduling.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move large appliances safely with or without assistance.
Compensation:
$18 to $25 per hour.
