We are recruiting an experienced, and dynamic E-Commerce Senior Manager to master the art of surprising and delighting the diptyque customer on diptyqueparis.com in the Americas. Join the complex and ever changing landscape of diptyque digital. This role will be responsible for the optimization and maintenance of the diptyque website in the US and Canada markets.
This role will report to the Director of E-Commerce and Digital in the Americas. This person will have a strong collaboration with Global digital, CRM and marketing teams as well as local retail, wholesale field sales, e-Commerce and Customer Service.
Key Accountabilities
E-Commerce
- Manage the day to day operations of the US website.
- Work closely with the global & local marketing and e-commerce teams to align on commercial pushes and functionality roll outs.
- Partner with the SEO agency to implement best practices on site and build the reputation of the owned site on search platforms.
- Own on-site search results through Klevu and pull monthly search reports and landing pages optimizing accordingly.
- Build and maintain a monitoring platform tracking product launches, site/UX updates, homepage refreshes, and promotions and monitor impact of each initiative
- Monitor and report on key kpis on the US site proactively offering up optimizations and new business opportunities.
- Monitor performance of on site recommendations and conversion rate impact.
- Nurture the growing Canada business monitoring performance closely and identify areas of opportunity
- Monitor site functionality to identify problematic experiences - continually seek to improve the online experience by researching and staying abreast of new and innovative solutions
Planning
- Control sampling strategy roll out managing the sample inventory and all online marketing offerings in every aquisiiton and retention channel.
- Suggest ideas to offer innovative sampling / trial strategies for the online business for the various available categories
- Liase with retail team to ensure sampling and promotional offerings are aligned.
- work closely with demand planning team and coordinator to monitor stock levels. They will also be responsible for forecasting and ordering future allocations.
- Work with Director of E-Commerce to forecast and secure stock for the various product categories
- Work with Director of E-Commerce and Planning to forecast launch quantities
Analytics
- Monitor daily sales, create and share reporting eCommerce activity, focusing on important KPIs such as UPT, AOV, LTV, Reviews, User Experience, Loyalty and Site Speed.
- Track user behavior through all eComm analytics platforms, including GA, Shopify, a/b testing and various other site behavior platforms
- Identify areas of opportunity, proposing hypotheses, implementing tests, measuring results and providing analysis and insights to optimize CVR
- Gather data for analysis of sales and program performance on an ongoing basis and make recommendations for how to improve performance
- Support Director of E-Commerce with monthly analysis of key business metrics, marketing programs, custom sampling programs, customer retention, and cost of customer acquisition programs.
- Create and present quarterly deep dive on all brand.com site performance reporting on key metrics
Competitive Insight Management
- Actively follow the on site communications, promotions, creatives, experiences and report back opportunities.
- Gather and share insights with team monthly
Key Requirements
- Four-year degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
- Advanced understanding of Google Analytics
- Incredibly analytical and strategic
- Proficient in MS Windows (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Organized & detail oriented, time management skillset, problem solver
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Candidate has experience in ecommerce and fragrance
- Home Dcor experience a big plus.

The salary offered will be determined based on candidates' relevant skills, experience, and geographic region. We leverage salary transparency in every market for a seamless candidate experience. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package for this position may include bonus potential, competitive benefits, and other perks.
Salary $120,000 - $130,000
