An employee appreciation bonus, which is funded by our residents 403 (b) retirement plan with employer match Tuition reimbursement program Monthly Employee Engagement Activities An extraordinary work environment that is both engaging and fun!The Opportunity: Assisting with the coordination of comprehensive activity events to meet the leisure and recreation needs of our residents Assisting with transporting residents to and from activity programs Initiates, creates and publicizes special events and field trips on the monthly Activities calendar Maintains high visibility during activities; assumes a proactive role in resolving resident issues and concerns related to activity programs Other duties as assignedRate of Pay:$18.00/hr. based on experienceYour Skills: Six months experience in a social/recreational program within the last five years Experience working with the elderly and dementia population preferred Lift and carry up to 25lbs.
