340B Program Analyst

The 340B Program Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operations, monitoring, and compliance of the 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role ensures accurate purchasing, inventory management, and compliance with federal regulations, working closely with pharmacy, finance, IT, and compliance teams.

Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period

Typical hours: Day shift, hybrid opportunities available.

Education:

- High School Diploma or GED with specialized training or;

- Associates/Bachelor's degree- required

License/Certification:

- 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) certification- preferred

Experience:

- Minimum three (3) years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare compliance, or 340B program operations- required

- Strong understanding of HRSA, OPA, and CMS 340B regulations- required - Experience with split-billing software and 340B purchasing- preferred
