Assembly Engineer
This role involves driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on assembly process and equipment efficiency, reliability, material improvements, and process. Essential skills include manufacturing engineering, process engineering, continuous improvement, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and effective communication. Additional skills and qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency in cross-functional, cross-company, and cross-sectional processes, a bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred), knowledge of PLCs (preferred), 3+ years of relevant experience, working knowledge of automotive assembly and associated processes, and experience in managing cost performance, planning, target-setting, and technical knowledge of assembly equipment and processes.

This is a fully onsite position in Huntsville, AL. This position is anticipated to close on Aug 24, 2025.
